Carlos is a sustainability and inner development professional enthusiast. In the beginning of 2022 he started Piloting Sustainability as an open initiative to bring onboard sustainability-minded people.

The purpose of the initiative was to make accessible and understandable the complexity of this topic to anyone interested in becoming engaged. The initiative aims now to turn into an innovation partner for the development of solutions that can contribute to achieve a sustainable future.

In his professional life, Carlos has 10 years of experience in leadership, business development and entrepreneurship. He has worked and helped international startups, social enterprises, non-profits, and multinational companies to achieve their goals while innovating in a sustainable way. He aspires to use his skills and experience to continue helping individuals, organizations and enterprises toward a truly fair and livable future for all.

Jessica is a community builder who focuses on implementing sustainability impact projects in Helsingborg. She is co-founder and board member of Helsingborgarnas Klimatavtal, a non-profit organization focused on engaging citizens with environmental action and sustainable development. Jessica joined Carlos through Open Space Mindpark to design a series of workshops focused on learning and discussing different implications of sustainable development.

In her professional life, Jessica works as Membership Manager at the Nudging Sweden network, and Course and Project Coordinator at Nudgd. Both organizations aim to facilitate sustainable choices through behavioral design and hands-on solutions. Due to her passion for inner development, she is working to find new areas in which this dimension can be implemented on a professional level. She sees inner transition as a crucial part of creating a more resilient, just and sustainable world.
